If you are a remote support Services client, Gravity will have the ability to view, collect, process, and use your data in order to perform the service and support obligations under the support Services. Customer’s request for us to access Customer’s computer through remote access software indicates Customer’s permission for Gravity to provide support Services in this way. While remote access support Services are provided, Gravity will only access, control and gather information on Customer’s computer that Gravity reasonably believes is necessary to analyze and provide assistance under the requested Services. Gravity will treat such Customer information as Confidential Information and in accordance with the relevant Master Agreement and Gravity’s Privacy Policy. The language of the Master Agreement controls over any conflicting or differing language in this Privacy Policy.

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know that we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

You have the right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data that Gravity holds about you free of charge, and the right to opt out of any promotional communication that Gravity may send. You have the right to request that we erase your personal data through deidentification/pseudonymization, under certain conditions. You have the right to object to or in certain circumstances, restrict our processing of your personal information. In certain circumstances, you may request that we provide you or a third party designated by you with a copy of the personal information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine readable-format.
