On April 8, 2014. Microsoft announced it would discontinue product support for operating system Windows XP. Just after the release of Windows XP in 2001, Microsoft followed up with the support policy for the life of Windows XP. Almost in September 2007, reports were publicized that Microsoft would extend support for two more years to 8 April 2014.

A professional losing a laptop or any mobile device has to face the humiliation, embarrassment and mockery. This is frustrating. A result of being careless at a coffee shop or airport can prove fatal with dangerous consequences. Of course, that laptop will have software and antivirus to prevent data breach but it isn’t enough to prevent data theft as hackers will find an override access into the file systems.


A common type of virus is a malware, which causes huge data loss and unrecoverable damage to your company’s system files. It is often believed that all these malwares are originated from inside. But fighting viruses from Internet is considered to be only a part of the battle against virus. Some of the viruses are originated from the inside as well, as the recent evidence suggests. Dealing with threats closer to home is also necessary.

You might have heard about a certain service called cloud computing. A computer or a group of hardware machines act as a source of resource and information to all the subsequent computers, persons, mobile devices etc, which can be accessed by all the connected network simultaneously. 

Resolving a technical issue when you are running a small time business can be frustrating and exorbitant. If all the investments are spent on resolving technical issues, what about other services which need upgrade? At this instant, the owners themselves take up the work of resolving the issue, which may further complicate the issue as they have no knowledge when it comes to IT solutions. This can test their patience and be frustrating and may lead to hopelessness.
