In-House IT Services
Our in-house IT services division specializes in helping the IT staff of small and medium sized companies serve their end-users. We do this in a variety of ways, customized to the needs of the IT staff and company leadership.
Our services for in-house techs include:
- Internet shopping – We help find the best Internet access and MPLS solutions for your business. No matter if you are based in Austin, or have a headquarters in a different state, we can help you make the right choice for the right price.
- End-point management and maintenance - We can provide monitoring, patching, and maintenance of workstations and servers and provide and/or provide the tools for in-house IT to do the same.
- Ticketing system and work overflow - We can provide a ticketing system for in-house IT to use in the day-to-day management of end-user requests. We can also integrate the ticketing system with ours in order to provide seamless outsourced help for the IT department. If you get busy and need us to help on a call, just “assign” the ticket to us and we will take care of it. We can see the notes and existing troubleshooting steps from the original ticket in your system.
